Felt pretty good a large portion of this run, but realized I probably started a bit fast with HR too high?
The last couple miles were a bit uncomfortable. Sore hips and feet.
Next day, feeling good. Left foot a little sore, but ready to run again.
I’ll do a strength workout tomorrow and a short 2 or 3 miles run on Wednesday if there aren’t any objections?
