Run Strides. During an endurance run, do 8x20s strides, quick turnover, great form. Recover for 40 sec.
A restless evening with low REM had me feeling tired and yawning all day.
My body felt weak as this was a bit of a struggle.
I think I may have worn the wrong shoes for this concrete path run too. I wore them yesterday for the long run, and they were great on the ice and snow covered sidewalks. Not so much today.
I felt a hotspot on my foot when putting them on, this should have been the first indicator. They’ve got 300 miles on them.
Next day, the entire left foot feels sore.
Definitely will start icing.
